HOW TO MAKE FISH CROQUETTES AT HOME

FISH CROQUETTES (SERVES 4)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500gr of Hake
  • 3 slices of whole grain or white tin loaf bread without edges
  • ½ purple onion
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 whole egg and 2 yolks
  • Breadcrumbs (Panko)
  • Salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 envelopes of Cardiosmile
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Soak the bread crumbs (Panko) with the milk and let it rest.

STEP 2

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the purple onion and garlic.

STEP 3

Mix the finely chopped chives, yolks, salt, pepper, Cardiosmile sachets and fish previously steamed and shredded. Make small balls with your hand, and cover them in  the previously beaten egg and then the bread crumbs.

Finally fry in olive oil until golden brown.

1 cup skim milk (200 ml)

1 cup strawberries (80 g)

1 tbsp of powdered bittter cocoa (5 g)

1 tbsp linseed seed (10 g)

½ cup blueberries (50 g)

1 cup of ice (70 g)

Artificial sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS

Wash all fruits. Remove strawberry stalks.

In a juicer mix all the ingredients and blend until you get a homogeneous texture.

Serve cold.
